As part of the Business 360° meeting series, the workshop “SME Leadership: Quick Steps on a Long Road” was held, led by EVA founder Salome Argvliani.
The meeting brought together representatives of small and medium-sized businesses and aimed to discuss the challenges and opportunities that arise at different stages of business development.
During the workshop, participants gained practical knowledge on leadership, management skills, and organizational development.
